Awww, Nina, he's adorable. Little Darren. Cute name. And you look cute too, Ms. Nina!
They grow so darn fast! Happy Birthday Darren! It seems like only yesterday...
Awwww..can you tell which one is which?
Darren looks more like Nina
...while D.J. still resembles daddy the most.
It's not that time already Nina! It just cant be. Little D.J. having a birthday party already?!
Wow!
There's D.J.!
You know what they say about a fast growing stomach...might be more than one...What?! Im just saying...
Youre such a wonderful mommy, Nina. I'm sure you'll do a great job no matter how many children you have...
Life Goes On and On...
With another baby coming, Dennis felt the need to step up his game at work. His job performance could be better and with a promotion on the table, he has decided to push as far as he can to get it.
...and yes, that means dumpster diving all in the neighborhood trash to get that next big story. Let's forget about establishing any childhood friends for D.J. or any friends among themselves with the neighbors, duty calls.
Okay then! Look at you Ms. Nina!
Busy Family
Well, well, well...things can finally get back to normal around here...
...or can they...
Nina, girl, this isn't what I think it is is it? Maybe it's just food poisoning. It will pass...
...umhmm...In the meantime little D.J. is growing so big.
Let's excuse the unfortunate mishap at his 1st birthday party. Accidents happen.
...just like Nina eating 3 slices of cake was an "accident"...Nina, is there anything you want to tell us?
Well, at least she did tell her husband. She's expecting again!
Little D.J. looks just like his dad. So cute w/ his sandy copper brown hair and hazel eyes and has a wonderful personality to match!

Introducing Dennis Jr.!!!
I know! That was mighty fast right? Well, turns out Ms. Nina had secret she didn't let us in on. She had a reason to be searching for the "perfect family home". She was building a family! Little Dennis Jr., whom we will affectionately call D.J. has his daddy's hazel eyes and charming smile for sure. Congratulations Newman family!
Nina isn't looking forward to returning to work. She enjoys her time w/ little D.J., however, these new changes- the wedding, the house, the baby- have wrecked their bank account. They are in the process of trying to save, save, save. Dennis's car broke down permanently so that has left the couple with 1 car. Then, this car being Nina's originally, is now over 10 years old. It's not very reliable. Dennis is able to get to work by carpooling so that has been a lifesaver. Nina brings home food from work so that also helps to save money as well. The couple have currently been alternating care routines with D.J.. Dennis works in the a.m. until 2:00p.m. and Nina leaves as soon as he arrives home for her 3:00p.m. shift. Hopefully, with Dennis being eyed for a promotion by the newspaper's executive officers, the couple will soon jimmy their way out of such tight circumstances. Fingers crossed!

Just a Quick Recap...
Nina and Dennis
The Wedding
awwww cute
So, now we can move on. I told you they were in the process of choosing a home. Though Dennis had more of a starter house in mind, Nina, being a shopaholic, ventured out more until she found the perfect family home. The best thing about it was it was a foreclosure property so they got a great deal. This home would devour their previous spending budget and consume their entire savings account but Nina and Dennis felt it would be worth the extra work to readily acquire their dream home.
Though initially it was a bit worn down inside- previous owners had knocked a few holes in the walls, taken all the appliances, left oil spills on the carpet- they were able to fix it up. They had Dennis's uncle, a landscaper and gardener, assist in fixing up the exterior and they also had the carpet replaced and painted the interior themselves. I think it turned out quite nice...
...they even scored a ready made playground the previous owners left behind! "All we need is a fence and we're ready to go grab some dogs and start pushing out the babies." Nina joked. Dennis shakes his head and mumbles "I'm doomed."
